Ejecutivo de Ventas – Honduras

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based in Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula and will focus on field activities, visiting existing and prospective clients to promote Print Latam Group’s point‑of‑sale communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail and brand clients across Honduras.
• Identify new sales opportunities, prepare quotations and proposals, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Conduct market visits, gather client feedback, and contribute to commercial strategies to increase market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in digital printing, large‑format or advertising.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale marketing materials and willingness to learn technical production aspects.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations).
