About the role

The Senior Trust Executive will manage resources and oversee the administrative processes of all trusts within an assigned portfolio. The role supports the institution's growth and profitability by ensuring timely and effective execution of contract clauses in line with bank policies, accounting standards, and fiduciary best practices. Additionally, the executive will assist various trust sub‑departments by monitoring and following up on departmental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer resources and control administrative processes for each trust in the assigned portfolio.
• Execute contract clauses promptly and accurately, adhering to bank policies and fiduciary accounting standards.
• Support sub‑managements by tracking and reporting on all trust‑related operations.
• Prepare, review, and control documentation and contracts associated with trust activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial administrative processes, preferably within trust or fiduciary environments.
• Experience or knowledge in customer service and handling client requirements.
• Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and controlling contractual documentation.
