About the role

The Senior Trust Executive is responsible for managing resources and overseeing the administrative processes of all trusts within an assigned portfolio. The role supports the institution’s growth and profitability by ensuring timely and effective execution of contract clauses in line with bank policies, accounting standards, and fiduciary best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and control the administrative processes of each trust in the assigned portfolio.
• Execute contract clauses promptly and accurately, adhering to bank policies and fiduciary standards.
• Monitor and support the financial performance and profitability of the trust portfolio.
• Collaborate with sub‑departments of the trust division to track all departmental operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and fiduciary best practices throughout all trust activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis.
• Experience reviewing and controlling documentation and contracts; banking or trust experience is desirable.
• Customer‑service experience, including handling and follow‑up of requests.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and support multiple internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
