About the role
The Senior Corporate Service Executive ensures the complete and efficient operation of the service area for high‑value corporate clients. Acting as the direct point of contact, the role drives process improvements, supports implementation projects, and collaborates closely with the area head to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and verify the workflow of the Corporate Service Center (SAC) to guarantee smooth operations.
- Coordinate timelines and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Resolve escalations and address client issues promptly.
- Lead new projects in partnership with the department head.
- Document processes and standardize formats for consistency.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer‑service related areas.
- Familiarity with the T24 banking system and OnBase document management.
- Ability to create professional presentations.
