About the role

The Sales and Billing Executive will be the front‑face of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and accurate invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and delivering high‑quality administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing and record customer payments.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage inventory of samples and forecast product needs.
• Maintain registers for controlled substances.
• Generate sales and revenue reports.
• Achieve assigned commercial targets.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; technical training in administration, sales or accounting is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, billing and inventory management.
• Proficiency with billing systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am‑12:00 pm.
