About the role

The Content and Innovation Specialist will identify, develop, and communicate compelling technology and innovation stories within the banking sector. Acting as a journalist, editor, and content manager, you will work closely with leaders, teams, clients, and partners across the region to showcase initiatives, results, and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research and generate innovation stories by interviewing stakeholders and gathering data, testimonials, and impact cases.
• Write, edit, curate, and publish articles, interviews, case studies, and notes for the external technology and innovation website, ensuring editorial quality and narrative consistency.
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to produce joint case studies and collaborative content.
• Support press inquiries on technology and innovation by preparing information, drafting responses, and delivering key messages.
• Develop and present analytical insights and recommendations to technical and executive audiences through high‑impact presentations.
• Assist in creating executive presentations, graphics, and other visual materials, ensuring clarity and visual consistency.
• Produce and adapt content for internal channels such as Viva Engage and SharePoint, including micro‑learning capsules and adoption material for tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Plan and execute communication initiatives and events in collaboration with Communication and Marketing teams, managing audiovisual productions and thematic campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong journalistic and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging narratives.
• Excellent research abilities and experience conducting interviews with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of producing high‑quality written content for both external and internal audiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
