About the role

We are looking for an Event, Relationship and Customer Experience Specialist to lead the planning and execution of events, relationship programs and customer‑focused experiences for clients, prospects and strategic partners. The role aims to strengthen the brand, generate commercial opportunities and increase client loyalty through data‑driven, results‑oriented management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute B2B corporate events and co‑marketing activities.
• Develop and manage relationship programs with manufacturers, distributors and technology partners.
• Administer marketing development funds (MDF) and oversee co‑marketing initiatives.
• Use Salesforce and marketing automation tools to generate demand, track opportunities and measure ROI.
• Analyze customer experience metrics such as NPS and satisfaction scores to improve CX.
• Manage budgets, coordinate multiple initiatives and collaborate across functional areas.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience planning and executing B2B corporate events.
• Proven experience managing relationships with technology manufacturers, distributors or strategic partners.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and handle budget responsibilities.
