About the role

The Product Line and Innovation Specialist will design and implement a full product marketing cycle for Cargill's Food Enterprise portfolio. You will identify market potential, set pricing and commercialization strategies, estimate sales, define promotional activities, and manage the product through its lifecycle until retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate product launches and updates.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, analyze SKU performance, and identify opportunities for launch, discontinuation, optimization, and rationalization.
• Collect and evaluate market research, identify product improvements, analyze market trends, monitor competition, and spot growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation projects from idea generation to launch and post‑launch stabilization, including business case development, industrial and commercial testing, technology evaluation, and packaging solutions.
• Coordinate program planning with customers and internal teams to define manufacturing schedules, design criteria, costs, and other development considerations.
• Support pricing strategy development, assess financial impact, and monitor key profitability, margin, volume, and mix indicators.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brands to ensure effective commercial execution, track launches, provide commercial materials, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned programs and projects to meet financial, commercial, and budgetary objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Finance and other relevant departments.
