About the role

As our next Payment Media Products Specialist, you will lead the strategic portfolio of debit cards and acquiring, designing innovative solutions that increase transaction volume and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of debit cards, creating activation, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Analyze transactional behavior and demographic variables to propose precise market segmentations.
• Develop and implement commercial campaigns and tactical promotions aimed at increasing billing, purchases, and withdrawal volume, while rigorously measuring results.
• Coordinate the creation of promotional regulations, ensure timely notifications to the regulator, and guarantee prize delivery on schedule.
• Document and update internal processes for payment media products to ensure efficient operations aligned with organizational goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related fields.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial sector, ideally leading the product lifecycle of consumer products, payment media, or remittances.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio analysis, consumer behavior, and KPI management such as billing and growth.
• Advanced analytical abilities, high initiative, result orientation, and excellent self‑management.
