About the role

The Treasury Specialist will ensure efficient liquidity, payments and financing management for the company, optimizing financial resources while complying with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast daily, weekly and monthly cash flow.
• Optimize fund administration to guarantee availability for operations and financial commitments.
• Identify investment opportunities for cash surpluses and reduce financing costs.
• Coordinate collection activities to secure timely recovery of accounts receivable.
• Negotiate financing terms, credit lines and banking products.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and treasury regulations.
• Prepare treasury‑related financial reports for senior management.
• Implement and improve internal controls within treasury processes.
• Analyze financial indicators and recommend strategies to improve profitability and working‑capital efficiency.
• Participate in financial planning and support corporate financing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury, financial management or corporate banking.
• Proven experience with treasury management tools.
