About the role

The role ensures that technology solutions meet security standards from design through production, mitigates technical risks, safeguards code integrity, and fosters a security‑first culture within development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical leaders, developers and QA teams to embed security controls at every stage of the SDLC.
• Oversee the adoption of secure coding practices, code reviews and security testing.
• Evaluate security findings and propose remediation actions based on international standards.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps and DevSecOps to guarantee that Infrastructure as Code (IaC) complies with security requirements.
• Document technical findings, corrective actions and compliance validations.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cybersecurity projects or acting as a technical lead for application development.
• Technical proficiency in English.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or IT Management.

Required skills

• Secure coding tools: Fluid Attacks, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify, Semgrep, Snyk Code.
• Automated security testing tools: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nikto, Veracode, AppScan.
