About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and analytical support to senior leadership. The role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate executive needs, manage complex calendars across multiple U.S. time zones, and protect focus time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and handle expense reporting.
- Prepare executive‑level correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Organize and support virtual meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Serve as liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners, exercising sound judgment on escalation.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, shared files, and confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or comparable role.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
