Finance Expert – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are seeking experienced Finance and Accounting Professionals to work remotely as contractors on a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI‑generated accounting outputs, annotate financial documents, and help improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated journal entries, calculations, and accounting treatments for accuracy.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month‑end close workpapers.
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and provide corrective rationale.
• Evaluate accounting workflows across ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to grade AI responses and create realistic accounting scenarios for training.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in financial, corporate, or management accounting, audit, bookkeeping, or FP&A.
• Proven track record preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric‑based evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or higher).
• Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.

Required skills

• NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI (optional).
