About the role

British American Tobacco Honduras is seeking a Finance Global Graduate to join its finance team in San Pedro Sula. This entry‑level role offers exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis within a global multi‑category business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly forecasts, annual budgets and variance analyses.
• Translate financial data into insights that support decision‑making.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, market and competitor analysis, and business case development.
• Support ad‑hoc financial projects and new business initiatives with modeling and analytical input.
• Act as a proactive business partner, driving process improvements and fostering teamwork across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Recent graduate with 0‑3 years of relevant experience (internships count).
• Fluent in English (advanced oral and written).
• Open to local and global mobility.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and clear communication.
• Demonstrated leadership through professional or extracurricular activities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
