About the role

British American Tobacco Honduras is seeking a Finance Global Graduate to join its finance team in San Pedro Sula. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track development path, allowing you to work on real financial analysis, budgeting and strategic projects while supporting the company’s ambition of a smokeless future.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate analytical and management reports, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets and variance analysis.
• Translate financial data into insights, highlighting key drivers and trends for decision‑making.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, market and competitor analysis, and build business cases for investments.
• Support ad‑hoc financial projects and new business initiatives with financial modelling.
• Act as a proactive business partner, driving process improvements and fostering cross‑functional teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate with 1‑3 years of relevant experience or internships.
• Fluent in English (advanced oral and written).
• Willingness to relocate locally or globally.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, ambition and clear communication.
• Demonstrated leadership through professional or extracurricular activities.
