About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and deploy sophisticated multi‑step agentic systems that solve complex business challenges for global clients. You will transform AI prototypes into production‑ready, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop coordination strategies and orchestration layers for multi‑agent, long‑running tasks.
• Enable autonomous decision‑making and dynamic tool‑calling within AI systems.
• Optimize performance and reliability through advanced observability and transformer architecture expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business value and operational requirements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record designing and implementing multi‑step agentic systems.
• Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
