About the role

Lookout is seeking a Gerente Comercial to lead sales for its real‑estate projects in San Pedro Sula. The manager will be responsible for driving property sales from initial reservation through financing and deed signing, while also representing the project in video presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle: reservation, down‑payment, financing options, and notarization.
• Negotiate terms and close transactions while ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce video content and promotional material.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in real‑estate sales or mortgage banking.
• Proven track record of closing property transactions.
• Deep understanding of the complete sales process, including financing and deed execution.
• Strong verbal communication skills suitable for video appearances.

• Base salary ranging from L 35,000 to L 40,000 per month.
