About the role

We’re a U.S.-based company hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our real‑estate sales team remotely from Honduras. The position is 100% remote, requires fluent English, and involves contacting U.S.-based prospects to generate sales opportunities for our real‑estate portfolio. The role offers a monthly salary of $1,200 USD.

Required profile

A natural people person who is personable, engaging, and comfortable speaking with new people.
Exceptional spoken and written English, near‑native level, able to hold spontaneous conversations with U.S. clients.
Experience speaking with U.S.-based clients or prospects in sales, customer service, appointment setting, leasing, or similar roles.
Quick thinking, good judgment, resourceful and able to handle unexpected situations professionally.
Drive and persistence, motivated by results, handles rejection well, and consistently follows through.
Ownership and coachability, organized, keeps commitments, and applies feedback.
