About the role

The Bank Ficohsa is looking for an experienced Agency Manager to lead one of its branches. The role combines commercial, administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring the branch meets its profitability targets while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage branch staff across multiple lines of business (personal, entrepreneur, corporate and mortgage banking).
• Monitor daily product placement, prospecting activities and business closures to achieve commercial goals.
• Maintain and grow both active and passive loan and deposit portfolios.
• Coach and evaluate team performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit controls.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promote compliance awareness and handle incident resolution.
• Oversee branch assets, supplies and physical infrastructure.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance or Project Management is preferred.
• 2‑3 years experience as a branch manager or 3‑5 years as a senior business executive.
• Proven ability to lead teams, meet targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
