About the role

The Market Research and Strategy Manager will lead the design and execution of market research initiatives and strategic analysis to support decision‑making across the organization. The role provides valuable insights on financial consumption trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics within the banking sector, helping to strengthen the bank’s positioning and sustain a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze financial consumer behavior, segment customers, and monitor competitive activity.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Anticipate market shifts and propose proactive strategic responses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research findings into product, marketing, and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Strategic Management, Economics or related fields.
• Master’s degree (MBA, Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing or equivalent) is preferred.
• Fluent English.
• 5‑6 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning, preferably within the financial services industry.
