About the role

The Social Manager (temporary) will execute actions derived from the social management strategy, ensuring stable social conditions for operations and supporting community‑related projects within the energy unit.

Key responsibilities

• Promote information, awareness and communication with neighbors, communities and municipal entities to maintain good relationships and facilitate project implementation.
• Coordinate the hiring of third‑party (rotating) personnel for operations, ensuring equitable use of human resources in nearby communities.
• Monitor activities of social investment programs and contribute to the annual social management plan.
• Handle community requests, complaints and conflicts, fostering dialogue and resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and record field activities in the Borealis system.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Anthropology or a related field.
• At least 24 months of experience in similar positions, preferably in energy generation companies.
• Experience in community relations, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of project formulation and basic Office tools.
