Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Rose Harper Law, a fast‑growing bilingual personal injury firm, is looking for an HR & Operations Manager to design and run the systems that keep people and processes moving. You will build onboarding, training, SOPs, recruiting, platform setup and reporting while partnering directly with the owner.

Key responsibilities

• Build, document, and continuously improve standardized onboarding for every role.
• Develop, organize, and maintain training content and SOPs in Trainual.
• Administer the full employee lifecycle in Rippling, keeping records and compliance up to date.
• Source, screen, and coordinate hiring for new roles, managing candidate pipelines and scheduling.
• Set up and maintain tools and accounts for each team member, ensuring correct access and permissions.
• Design and run people and operations processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards on headcount, onboarding progress, training completion, and operational metrics.
• Help shape policies, performance expectations, and team culture across a remote, cross‑border team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or business operations, preferably in a remote or distributed team.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Rippling and Trainual (configuration and administration).
• Proven track record building onboarding, training programs, and SOPs from scratch.
• Strong recruiting experience across the full hiring cycle.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Comfort with reporting and data visualization, able to build clean dashboards and explain insights.
