About the role

The Project Supply Chain Manager will oversee the complete supply chain for Médecins Sans Frontières projects in San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Reporting to the mission logistics team, the role ensures that medical and non‑medical supplies are procured, imported, stored and distributed efficiently while complying with MSF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply operations for both project sites, coordinating with Logbase and local Log Managers.
• Handle all procedures for VAT (ISV) exemption and import tax dispensations with Honduran authorities, ensuring timely documentation and renewals.
• Work closely with the mission pharmacy to guarantee availability, traceability and proper expiry monitoring of medical and pharmaceutical items.
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages and implement risk‑mitigation actions to avoid stock‑outs.
• Maintain accurate records in IRPs and Unifield systems and support regular reporting to headquarters.

Required profile

• University degree or specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with import procedures, customs clearance and fiscal exemptions in Honduras is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and good English (B2); French (B1) is a plus.
