HR Administrator – Employee Records & Payroll

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join its San Pedro Sula office. You will support the HR department by managing employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits, and contributing to data‑driven compensation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Assist in payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
• Prepare HR‑related reports, including merit increase data and matrix charts.
• Support the development and enhancement of Workday reporting and an organization‑wide reporting strategy.
• Compile data, create work summaries, and support employee‑relations events.
• Help organize HR training sessions, workshops, and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and performance management.
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong numerical sense, data‑analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Workday integration or reporting experience (preferred).
