HR Administrator – San Pedro Sula

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our growing Human Resources team in San Pedro Sula. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll and benefits, and helping to shape a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and databases.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Prepare HR‑related reports, including annual merit increase data and matrix charts.
• Support the development and enhancement of Workday reporting and an organization‑wide reporting strategy.
• Compile data, create work summaries, and produce various HR reports.
• Contribute to employee‑relations initiatives, events, and training sessions.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department and overall business operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation and performance management.
• Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong numerical sense, data‑analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
