Human Resources Assistant (Remote)

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will act as a liaison between leadership, HR, and staff, supporting the communication, coordination, and implementation of people‑related processes. Working remotely from Honduras, you will help identify workplace challenges, recommend interventions, and promote a positive, productive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, performance, and workplace concerns.
• Identify recurring morale or role‑clarity issues and relay insights to HR and leadership.
• Support conflict‑resolution efforts in partnership with managers.
• Communicate HR policies, updates, and initiatives clearly across teams.
• Gather employee feedback and provide structured insights for data‑driven decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and development initiatives, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
• Assist with performance review cycles, managing documentation, timelines, and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of employee issues, training participation, and HR actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, or employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority.
