Import Export Coordinator – Logistics & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Import Export Coordinator to oversee all import and export activities, ensuring smooth, compliant movement of goods into the company. The role supports cross‑functional teams, maintains accurate records and contributes to inventory and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customs declarations (DUAs) for all import and export transactions.
• Review purchase order pricing before entry into the Rubicon system.
• Coordinate import procedures, verify product quantities on arrival and record them in the system.
• Distribute receipt and discrepancy reports to relevant departments.
• Prepare customs clearance documentation for maritime shipments and maintain organized archives.
• Monitor consignment inventory levels and generate reports for shipments in transit.
• Oversee freight invoice control, reconciliation and prepare annual import summary reports.
• Update monthly import data in the QOS system and ensure compliance with ISO and SOX standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations with strong knowledge of customs regulations.
