About the role
The company is looking for a proactive sales promoter to boost product rotation and sales in pharmacies across San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The role involves direct visits, field selling to nearby customers, and follow‑up through tele‑sales to ensure brand growth in the territory.
Key responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies and retail outlets to promote and sell products.
- Conduct field sales (canasteo) targeting nearby clients.
- Perform tele‑sales follow‑up to maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor product performance and report on sales trends.
- Travel across San Pedro Sula and surrounding areas as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a promoter, merchandiser, or in a sales role.
- Strong communication abilities and result‑oriented mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the assigned territory.
