World Vision is seeking a dedicated Agency Manager to lead its operations in San Pedro Sula. The role focuses on advancing the organization’s mission to support vulnerable children and families in challenging environments, guided by Christian values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency activities and ensure alignment with World Vision’s strategic goals.
• Manage local staff, volunteers, and partners to deliver effective programs.
• Coordinate fundraising, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, and compliance with donor requirements.
• Represent the agency in local networks and maintain strong relationships with community leaders.

Required profile
