About the role
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the operation of our assigned pharmacies, ensuring business targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Implement company policies, processes and commercial plans set by the sales management.
- Lead and motivate pharmacy staff to maintain a positive and orderly work environment.
- Monitor daily operations to guarantee high‑quality service and achievement of sales goals.
- Manage inventory, merchandising and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure adequate coverage, including travel between locations when required.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience as a pharmacy manager or in a retail management role.
- Proven experience supervising staff.
- Immediate availability and flexibility to work varied schedules and travel.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
