About the role

The Maintenance Manager will plan, organize, control and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment, machinery and facilities in a large multi‑national plant. The role ensures efficient, high‑quality service aligned with the annual maintenance plan.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plant machinery, equipment and installations.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and spare parts required for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the plant operates in optimal condition and that maintenance personnel meet their responsibilities.
• Oversee subcontracted maintenance service providers, verifying contract compliance and service quality.
• Support ship unloading operations by executing preventive programs and timely repairs to minimize vessel turnaround.
• Control maintenance schedules, operating hours and implement cost‑saving innovations.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering; Master’s in Maintenance Management or Business Management is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in similar maintenance leadership roles.
• Proven experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, budgeting and resource prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety, high‑risk work environments and ability to lead teams.
