About the role

The Production Operator 4 is responsible for operating packaging, boiler and production line equipment in an animal feed manufacturing plant. The role ensures product continuity, safety and quality while maximizing line capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the production program on time, delivering the required quantity and quality of finished feed.
• Operate packaging equipment, ensuring correct handling, minimizing material waste and maintaining product traceability.
• Run and monitor boiler and steam systems according to plant needs to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Operate grain and flour mills, change sieves and verify filters to achieve the required granularity.
• Perform manual weighing of micro‑mixes and prepare pre‑mixes, dilutions and dosage of micro‑ingredients following established procedures.
• Supply vitamins and micro‑ingredients to designated storage areas, ensuring availability for production.
• Report equipment status promptly to support preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain records of critical control points, safety standards, production yields, waste, and inventory movements.
• Identify and suspend operations when packaging seals are defective, process deviations occur, or non‑conforming material is detected.
