About the role
The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operational activities for a private security client. This position requires a strong background in process optimisation and the ability to coordinate teams across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and monitor operational processes, procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate schedules, manage shift coverage and guarantee availability of personnel.
- Oversee travel logistics and maintain a valid driver’s licence for field operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Industrial Engineering degree or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in managing processes, procedures and protocols.
- Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong organisational skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
- Immediate availability to start.
