Security Specialist - Executive Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Global Security Specialist who will act as an Executive Assistant for high‑profile clients during international travel. The role blends threat monitoring, protective intelligence, travel coordination and premium client service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global developments using open‑source intelligence (OSINT) to identify risks affecting client itineraries.
• Deliver timely security alerts and concise intelligence updates tailored to destinations and client profiles.
• Conduct pre‑travel risk assessments, brief clients on security concerns, and create secure travel itineraries.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, ground transport and secure transportation, adjusting plans in real time as threats or disruptions arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client travel questions, urgent situations and crisis‑response procedures.
• Maintain confidential records of itineraries, bookings and intelligence, and complete post‑trip assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Political Science or a related field.
• Professional experience or demonstrated interest in OSINT, global risk monitoring, travel security or intelligence analysis.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion and the ability to make sound decisions in fast‑moving situations.
