About the role

The Head of Payroll Channels will lead the bank's commercial strategy for the payroll segment, driving new business acquisition and strengthening relationships with corporate clients. This senior position combines sales leadership with deep product knowledge across the bank's financial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new payroll‑segment business.
• Manage and deepen relationships with corporate customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate and lead commercial teams to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Promote the bank’s product portfolio, including insurance, accounts, loans and credit cards.
• Oversee the use and optimisation of electronic channels and the bank’s CRM system.
• Design and execute marketing and action plans aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
• Foster financial education and inclusion among employees of client companies.
• Analyse market trends and competition to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking or finance, focusing on active and passive product management.
• Strong knowledge of bank insurance, payroll accounts, credit cards and loans.
• Track record in commercial prospecting and developing marketing/action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial teams and manage long‑term corporate relationships.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Manager, Payroll Coordinator or Corporate Banking Executive is highly valued.
