About the role

The company is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Project Manager to lead high‑impact vertical residential developments. The role involves full‑cycle management from initial planning through final hand‑over, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise the execution of vertical residential construction projects.
• Guarantee compliance with project scope, approved timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and enforce current construction regulations and obtain necessary municipal permits.
• Control project costs, manage contracts and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain profitability and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interact with investors and commercial teams when required.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of experience managing and delivering real‑estate projects, preferably vertical residential buildings.
• Proven ability to oversee all project phases from planning to final delivery.
• Experience in budget control, contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Background in dealing with investors or commercial stakeholders is desirable.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; a Master’s in Project Management or PMP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Cost and budget control for construction works.
• Reading and interpreting structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of construction codes and municipal permitting processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD and advanced Excel.
