About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead high‑impact real‑estate projects, specifically vertical residential developments. The role involves planning, directing and supervising the full project lifecycle to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality standards and regulatory compliance are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, schedule and approved budget.
• Coordinate design, construction and delivery phases for vertical residential buildings.
• Control costs, administer contracts and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, permits and municipal standards.
• Collaborate with investors and commercial teams when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing and executing real‑estate projects.
• Proven track record with vertical building and residential developments.
• Full‑cycle project management experience from planning to hand‑over.
• Experience in budget control, contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Preferred background in dealing with investors and commercial areas.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Master’s in Project Management or PMP certification is desirable.
