About the role

The Systems Manager will lead the planning, direction and control of the company's information systems and technology infrastructure. The role ensures operational continuity, information security and the successful implementation of technological solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the management of information systems and IT infrastructure.
• Guarantee business continuity and data security across all platforms.
• Implement and integrate enterprise technology solutions, including SAP HANA and POS systems.
• Manage hybrid technology environments and cloud/on‑premise resources.
• Lead and supervise the IT team, fostering collaboration and performance.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably a master’s degree or IT certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar senior IT role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology platforms.
• Leadership experience supervising IT personnel.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in SQL Server database management.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) solutions.
