About the role
The Treasury Manager will lead and ensure the proper management of cash operations, guaranteeing compliance with established processes, controls, and standards while maintaining continuity and efficiency of the treasury function.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise operational activities in the treasury room.
- Verify compliance with internal processes, controls, and procedures.
- Manage and follow up on operational incidents.
- Propose continuous improvements to optimise treasury processes.
- Provide support and guidance to the team in complex situations.
- Ensure correct execution of critical treasury processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in cash operations management (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Result‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel to other cities or countries as needed.
