About the role

The Control Tower Manager will lead the Control Tower area, ensuring that work orders for preventive maintenance, fault resolution and installations are planned, coordinated and executed efficiently. This role supports the company’s mission to connect people, improve lives and develop communities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance work orders to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate field teams for HFC and FTTH service installations and fault repairs.
• Monitor and diagnose incidents, assign appropriate field resources, and ensure resolution within SLA/OLA limits.
• Track field crews, provide support, and guarantee timely closure of orders.
• Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities across the Control Tower.
• Maintain continuous communication with business units to align tower activities with strategic goals.
• Define work standards, reporting dashboards, and follow‑up protocols.
• Lead the team through responsibility assignment, performance monitoring and evaluation.
• Prepare and manage the area budget according to company parameters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing telecom operations or similar field‑service environments.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for incident diagnosis and resource allocation.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Capability to manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
