About the role

The Head of Payroll Channels will lead the commercial unit responsible for delivering payroll‑related banking solutions to corporate clients. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving sales performance, and promoting financial inclusion within the payroll segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with corporate customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate and lead commercial teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Design and execute action plans that provide agile service to corporate payroll clients.
• Promote financial inclusion and financial education for payroll users.
• Oversee the portfolio of payroll accounts, credit and debit cards, banking insurance, loans, and electronic channels.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of banking insurance, payroll accounts, credit and debit cards.
• Proven ability to lead commercial teams and manage long‑term corporate relationships.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Experience as a payroll coordinator, corporate banking executive or administrative manager.

Required skills

• Understanding of active and passive banking products.
• Experience with banking insurance, payroll accounts, loans, credit cards, and electronic channels.
• Commercial prospecting and action‑plan development.
• Leadership in commercial and service environments, negotiation, team management, and client relationship handling.
