JSS Territory Representative

About the role

The JSS Territory Representative reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for executing marketing and sales plans across large, multi‑site and national accounts, as well as smaller traditional and hardware‑store channels within the assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share and profitability in the assigned geographic territory.
• Identify and convert opportunities from distribution and end‑users to Milwaukee products, displacing competitor brands.
• Provide support and sell to small accounts in traditional and hardware channels.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers to serve national accounts within the territory.
• Support multi‑site regional accounts through training, merchandising, and special initiatives.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date opportunity pipeline using the CRM to meet category objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build value‑added relationships with small accounts and branch locations.
• Experience leveraging standard company programs (rebates, co‑op, promotions) to create commercial solutions.
• Willingness to conduct joint visits with end‑users and distributors.
• Commitment to continuous learning of Milwaukee’s consultative sales process.
