Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to provide bilingual (English‑Spanish) support to our clients and their customers across Latin America. This entry‑level, fully remote position offers the chance to learn client processes, develop communication skills, and deliver a top‑tier customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries such as account updates, general questions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Support the team by following up on client requests, sending reminders, and tracking pending communications.
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer profiles in internal databases and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required to resolve queries.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the customer service team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
