Junior Customer Experience Associate (Remote, Special Schedule)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Experience Associate to join our remote team in Honduras. You will interact with customers across email, phone, and social media, delivering fast, friendly solutions while helping the business grow.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, ensuring quick resolution and a positive impression.
• Identify natural upsell and promotion opportunities during conversations.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to draft responses, research information, and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve team processes and customer service quality.
• Learn and use cloud‑based CRM and help‑desk platforms with paid training from day one.
• Collaborate with a small, supportive team focused on personal growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in communications, marketing, administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
