Junior HR Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Junior HR Analyst and support core HR operations for a globally distributed team of top‑tech talent. This remote position offers the chance to contribute to a positive employee experience while working closely with HR, leadership, and staff across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Help organize training, development programs, and other HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in human resources, people operations, or related administrative roles.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, labor practices, and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
