Lead Corporate Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Lead Corporate Accountant to work directly with the Owner/CEO. This senior‑level position manages the financial operations of multiple business entities and real‑estate holdings, providing clear financial visibility for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping and maintain general ledgers for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoicing, intercompany transactions, and monthly/year‑end reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages, including profit & loss, balance sheets, cash‑flow statements, and budget‑to‑actual reports.
• Maintain tenant profiles, lease terms, and rental income tracking in DoorLoop or similar property‑management software.
• Coordinate with CPAs, payroll providers, banks, insurance agents, and external advisors to supply required financial data.

Required profile

• Senior‑level bookkeeping or accounting experience managing multiple corporate entities.
• Proven experience in healthcare‑related businesses such as medical spas, clinics, or professional service firms.
• Knowledge of commercial real‑estate portfolios, NNN leases, CAM reconciliations, and property‑level financial tracking.
• High level of discretion handling confidential financial information and strong analytical problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) – hands‑on proficiency.
• DoorLoop or comparable property‑management accounting platforms.
