Lead Generation and Follow Up Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, articulate Lead Generation and Follow Up Coordinator to drive cold‑calling, inbound lead response and pipeline re‑organization for a high‑volume real‑estate investment and development firm. The role serves as the primary engine for lead generation, handling outbound calls, answering inbound marketing leads and setting appointments for the acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound cold calls using strategic scripts and rebuttals, and promptly answer inbound leads from PPC and direct‑mailer campaigns.
• Reorganize and track 800+ dormant leads into clear pipeline stages (Cold, Warm, Hot, Active) using Follow Up Boss, documenting call notes and follow‑up tasks.
• Source property lists, owner details and phone numbers daily via PropStream and maintain communications through Google Workspace.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, twice‑weekly role‑playing sessions and submit daily performance reports via Slack.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on real‑estate cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting (wholesaling or investing preferred).
• Excellent English phone communication with a natural, conversational style; bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.
• High resilience for high‑volume phone work, coachable and eager to improve through call reviews.
