Lead Generation Cold Calling Specialist - US/Canada Market

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify sales prospects for the US and Canada markets. The role combines cold‑calling, data management, survey administration, and occasional special projects while providing excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential sales leads using online research, industry databases, and CRM systems, then reach out via phone, email, or other channels.
• Conduct customer surveys, capture accurate feedback, and analyze results to spot trends and improvement areas.
• Clean and organize CRM and Excel data, verify customer information, remove duplicates, and correct discrepancies.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management and provide timely, professional customer support for product inquiries and order status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ZoomInfo or similar lead‑generation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.
