Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator is a part‑time, remote position focused on designing, delivering, and coordinating training initiatives for team members and freelancers. You will work closely with leadership to ensure learning programs align with business goals and continuously improve training content and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and create tailored training plans.
• Develop instructional materials, e‑learning content, and practical exercises.
• Maintain learning resources and documentation for easy access.
• Schedule and facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
• Track participation, measure training effectiveness, and report results.
• Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align programs with business objectives.
• Gather participant feedback and recommend enhancements to learning tools and content.
• Support continuous improvement of learning processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Relevant education or certification in Learning & Development, Education, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• Background in IT, design, digital marketing, or related creative industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage part‑time hours effectively, and adapt in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
