About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Leader to drive sales of motorcycles and household products across our nationwide network. The role involves managing a sales team, overseeing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
• Oversee personnel matters, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends in motorcycles and home goods to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend work, to support peak sales periods.

Required profile

• Completed university degree.
• Proven experience in sales, inventory control, and staff management.
• Specific knowledge of motorcycle sales and household product retail.
• Strong results orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
